I was charged $12.95 from this OAN so called service. I called my local phone company & complained. I needed to call OAN which I did. I was refunded the $12.95. I called my local phone service company and asked to have a BLOCK put on any add ons to my bill. They can do that and did so. I suggest that everyone do that because a few months before that I was charged by some ILD company. This is certainly an illegal & deceitful tactic by these rip off companies. PLEASE CALL YOUR PHONE CO. & ASK THEM TO BLOCK ADD ONS

Just found out today that OAN is charging me 14.95 for streaming radio? I called AT&T and after getting the runaround they are sending me paperwork and $25 of my money back. Terrible service from AT&T!!!! I had to argue with them for an hour!!:( What a world!!!! :cry

This is highly illegal. When I called OAN to ask what it was I was told it was 411 services and it was such a good deal since most people called 411 at least 5 times a day!!! I told him I didn't call 411 5 times a month I use the internet and to take it off. I was told that they sent me an E-MAIL signing me up for the service and I had 72 hours to decline or they'd consider I had accepted. Of course there was no email and no one else I know had an e-mail either.

I then went to AT&T who had billed me for them and told them I wanted WRITTEN ccnfirmation that it had been taken off and the funds would be applied to my next months bill. We'll see what happens.

This happened to me also. OAN told me they would not refund my $ but they would cancel the service (no idea how I got scammed) But I also have at&t and my experience with them was awesome! They not only blocked OAN from my number but they took the fradulant charge off my bill and sent it back to OAN. I ended up not paying a dime! :grin

I just checked my AT&T bill because I noticed it had increased in the normal amt. I had been paying, I found a chg from an OAN Services,Inc. for $14.95 a month, this had been going on for 5 months. I called AT&T and they said I would have to call OAN, they also said these were fraudulent chg. When I called OAN Serv. they said they were only auth. to remove 3 months or offer a $25.00 Walmart gift card. I told them I wanted both and to cancel future chg. I also told them that I was aware that they were a FRAUD. :(

Well at least I'm not alone! I just opened up my phone bill to find a charge of $89.95! :( I am most certainly aggravated about this. Furthermore, they have an website address attached to my bill that when I go to, it takes me to an article on how to lower your car insurance!!! Something's fishy!

Being charged 12.95/month without permission from the customer is outrageous and a rip off. And when you make a complaint to the operator they right away tell you that they will "adjust the bill to your carrier." It is but a sure sign that these culprits stinky organized corporation who prey on unknowing consumers. It's good that their stink smells in that we are able to cut off their gargantuan tentacles that dip in our pockets before we let them play their own play and yes increase thier tribe. There has been numerous complaints on this company voicemailtoday.com and aon services, inc and they need to be stopped. I guess no one's able to do so since as I stated earlier, they both are organized corporations (must be sister companies). They must have started in the carrier company before they created thier own. Beware and be aware of these "wolves in sheeps clothing." It's good they stink, you'll know when they're out there guys.

i just had this crap happen to me. i wasnt aware i was being charged because i usually just pay my bills online without looking at my bill. I noticed a big increase so I checked my bill and saw this crap charge. I just called and apparently I was on one of those scam websites were you supposedly can win lets say a walmart certificate and this is how i "signed up". So yeah there reversing the charges and hopefully these losers get sued.
